Using this Website

Even though we try to accept all orders, sometimes this might not be possible. If your order is declined or cancelled by us after you have transfered the payment to our account, we will promptly issue a credit to the account the payment was received from.
Payment for the goods which you order, must be made to the bank account in the confirmation email you received from the website. We won’t dispatch your order until the work-day following the receipt of full cleared payment.
We can only accept orders from and dispatch goods to addresses within New Zealand and its dependencies.
Delivery dates of the goods are an estimate only. Once dispatched the delivery is at the total control of the courier. If you order more than one product, your orders may be dispatched separately and may be delivered to you at different times.
The goods will be at your risk from the time of dispatch. However, ownership of the goods will only pass to you on delivery.
If any item is priced incorrectly by mistake, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided we notify you before we dispatch the item to you. If that happens, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to purchase the item at that price.
